Soulful Stitches: Weaving Wellness into Community

Description: The Soulful Stitches workshop offers a unique opportunity for youth ages 8-18 to learn the art of sewing while exploring mindfulness and creativity. In this session, participants will engage in a hands-on project to create their very own tote bag. All necessary supplies will be provided, and participants will have the opportunity to take their completed item home.
